The Bigallet Sirop Spritz is an original syrup with the recognizable taste of the famous Italian Aperol aperitif drink. Without alcohol, but with the same bitter-fruity character. The taste is built around infusions of gentian and bitter orange, complemented by notes of tangerine, lemon and grapefruit. This creates a balanced syrup that invites a sparkling aperitif moment, at any time of the day.

Flavor Profile

The Sirop Spritz has a vibrant orange color with light amber reflections. In the aroma, you first discover the fresh citrus aromas of tangerine and orange, followed by the spicy bitterness of gentian. On the palate, the recognizable spritz taste emerges: bitter and fruity at the same time, rounded out with subtle sweetness. The aftertaste remains refreshing, slightly bitter and long-lasting.

Usage and dosage

This syrup is meant to be mixed with (sparkling) water or used as a base for non-alcoholic cocktails.

• Recommended ratio: 1 part syrup to 9 parts water.

• Serving Ideas:

  • With cold sparkling water and ice cubes, for a non-alcoholic spritz.

  • With a non-alcoholic sparkling wine for a festive aperitif.

  • Paired with a slice of orange or a sprig of rosemary.

One 1-liter bottle provides about 45 glasses according to the recommended dosage.

Sugar from France, water, infusion of gentian and bitter orange, natural flavors (mandarin, grapefruit), colorings from carrot, apple, safflower and blackcurrant.
Without preservatives and without alcohol.
