Returns & refunds

Of course, it can happen that a Bigallet syrup doesn't meet your expectations for whatever reason. We think that's a pity, but it can happen. In that case, you can simply exchange or return the bottle within 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept opened bottles for return.

Please send us an email to info@bigalletshop.com stating the reason for the return. We will then send you the return instructions and a package label to return the shipment free of charge. After receiving your return shipment, we will refund your payment within 14 days.
