Shipping and delivery by PostNL or DHL

For the shipment of your order we work with MyParcel. This is part of PostNL and specializes in shatterproof shipping and delivery of fragile bottles. We pack your order in very sturdy and environmentally friendly packaging. These are transported by PostNL or DHL and delivered to you.

As soon as we have transferred your shipment to PostNL or DHL, you will receive a track&trace code by e-mail. This allows you to follow your package until delivery. We strive to deliver your order within 3 working days. Often it works even faster.

Shipping costs

Bigalletshop.com offers free shipping on orders over €65. For smaller orders, we charge shipping costs. These costs vary depending on the destination. These rates are based on the prices we pay to PostNL and DHL. The shipping costs are shown in your shopping cart once you have entered your address. We cover the cost of the break-proof shipping boxes.

Pick up in Castricum

Do you live nearby or are you planning a day trip to Castricum, the nicest village in the Netherlands? Then you can also pick up your order. This is only possible by appointment. You will receive a message and a pick-up address as soon as your order is ready. Pick-up is free of charge, of course!
