Here's how to make a large glass of Mojito mocktail:
Fill a large glass to the brim with ice cubes
Pour 50-75 ml of syrup into the glass
Add 30 ml of fresh lime juice
Add 8 fresh mint leaves
Depending on your taste, you can add 15 ml of cane sugar syrup
Pour in soda water / sparkling water until the glass is full
Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves.
